At our "Exclusive Mini" even the smallest explorers can get to know the animals of the research station up close. They can feed the turtles and stroke the giant agate snails. Would you like to visit our rabbits Ben & Bella? Then the zoo school at the research station is the right place for you!

The research station is home to a wide variety of insects, reptiles, mammals and the like. What do these animals need to be healthy and lively? Find out together with our animal keepers! Become an animal keeper yourself and help with the daily care of the animals!

Did you know that there are also superheroes in the plant kingdom? Whether super strength, great scents, beautiful flowers or climbing heroes, learn exciting and useful facts about plants.

What's crawling and creeping? Special animals live in the earth, which you can hear, see and touch. Toddlers from 3-5 years can learn about and explore soil organisms here.

From big wild carp to small water fleas, harmless water scorpions and much more you can discover in our lake. Would you like to get to know the fascinating creatures of Lake St. Martins with us? Then the research station is the right place for you!

Who actually lives in the soil? Together we explore the fact that our soils are the basis of our lives and are inhabited by many different organisms. We discover what crawls and creeps in our soil. Tropical relatives of hemic species can be observed up close.

Do butterflies only fly from flower to flower during the day? And why do they have a proboscis even though they are not an elephant? Are all butterflies colourful? Many questions that are solved in a playful and exciting way!

Blooming flowers and buzzing bees are seemingly everywhere in our meadows. Discover with us the secret life of our wild bees and how to protect them!

Where do the frogs hide? How do the turtles dive? Children aged 3 to 5 discover the
animal inhabitants of the research station through play and up close.

Do you want to build a cosy hotel for useful creepy-crawlies? Then the research station is the right place for you! Learn cool facts about ladybugs, earwigs and lacewings. Everyone gets to take home their own beneficial insect hotel. All materials and a cool info folder are included, of course.
